Do you eat fast food or processed foods.

I don't eat fast food or processed foods because I don't believed in fast food or processed foods to be healthy. Therefore I eat according to my tradition I  don't think fast or processed foods are safe or healthy to eat, and I worry about the sanitation of this fast foods places and their cooks. According to the TV shows Kitchen Nightmare by chef Gordon Ramsay: "The public should have the right at any time to walk into the kitchen and see how the food is being prepared." Since that is not the case, when it come to the food I eat, I am very picky and concerned that's why I always cook from scratch so that, I know what I am eating. I try my best to eat healthier by loading up on fruit, veggies, whole grains, and lean meat.  Healthy food is the healthy life. The types of foods I like is rice serve with fish and vegetable, as of poultry and meat I only eat them occasional. I buy my foods at Sam's club because is whole sale and is more economic compared to other grocery store. I think eating organic foods is better than conventional foods if you can afford because organic foods are healthier, tasty, and safer than conventional foods. According to the reading material Eating Food That's Better for You, Organic or Not.: There is quote "People believe it must be better for you if it's organic," say Phil Howard, an assistant professor of community, food and agriculture at Michigan State University. Because according to the United States Department of Agriculture's definition, means it is generally free of synthetic substances; contains no antibiotics and hormones; has not been irradiated or fertilized with sewage; sludge; was raised without the use of most conventional pesticides; and contains no genetically modified ingredients. But they are very expensive compared to conventional food. I think the safety and the healthy of foods we eat dependent in what kind of food and ecological conscious of the farmers and the foods production companies like in the reading material Organic Food in paragraph 8 ( People don't understand that, nor do they realize "Organic" doesn't mean "local." "It doesn't matter if it's from the farm down the road or from Chile," Ms. Shaffer said. As long as it meets the standards it's organic. When it comes to safety of food we eat is up to the person diet how to eat healthy.
